Withdraw from a purchase

Use this function to tell the seller that you want to withdraw from a purchase. The function registers when your notice was received. It does not automatically decide whether a statutory or agreed right of withdrawal applies.

The receipt confirms that the notice was received; refunds, returns and any legal exceptions are handled separately.
